TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Member will make payment for a Membership Fee in the amount of $64 for Three Months. The member will pay $15 for each list of matching profiles that they wish sent to them by mail (Non-Internet/Mail-Only members will need to send $15 extra with their Membership Fee to receive their first list). All active members will be posted to the internet, though some without pictures, for members to view (password protected). The member will pay a Selection/Acceptance Processing Fee of $5 for each and every selection and/or acceptance.We charge $5 for every change you wish to make on your profile or picture, $5 for having to resend a telephone number, and $5 to inform a member, that you have already talked to or met, that you are not interested in pursuing the relationship.
Any fee amounts are subject to change with a 30 day written notice. The active member, hereafter called member, can cancel at any time by writing to Single Central. Paying fees with a bad check, may also be treated as discontinuing membership. There will be no refund for fee's already paid.
Single Central memberships are available only to individuals who declare being single (never married, divorced, widowed, separated or currently not living with someone in a romantic relationship). Each member by signing below represents that the information herein and elsewhere given relating to this application, including, but not limited to, biographical and background data, personal preferences and profile answers, are true and correct.
Your signature below indicated that you have read the FRONT AND REVERSE SIDES of this Agreement, and agree that this constitutes the entire understanding of member and Single Central, and that no oral representations by either party shall in any way affect this Agreement. I further accept all terms, conditions and rules regarding Single Central membership.
The information above is provided by the member and the Member acknowledges that such information is true and correct and not in any way misleading. The Member agrees that Single Central has the right to cancel this agreement with no refund to the Member if information supplied by the member is false or misleading., or information about the member comes to our attention that is construed to be inappropriate by Single Central. Inappropriate behavior can include, but not be limited to, not paying membership fees when due, not responding to a selection by another member, complaints from other members who have met with them or loitering around facilities.
The Member understands that Single Central is not a detective agency and does not rely on a detective agency to check up on the correctness of information furnished by its clients, but must rely on the information that is so furnished. The final determination to accept or reject a selection is solely that of the member, and the Member waives any and all claims, damages, losses or causes of action against Single Central arising out of any selections. The Member indemnifies Single Central and agrees to hold Single Central, or anyone associated with Single Central harmless from any and all claims of damage whatsoever resulting from any introduction to another member, or any error which leads to an accidental transfer of information. This would include giving out phone numbers, photos or personal information.
The membership of Single Central is constantly changing, with people becoming deactivated, and new members being activated. Because of these changes, Single Central makes no representations concerning the specific demographic makeup (i.e. # of , races, ages, religions, etc.) of profile of membership.
Member understands that the Single Central process is reliant on the member's participation. Member agrees to give timely response either "yes" or "no" on each selection they receive through a "Selection Response Form" which will be mailed to them when needed. As a courtesy to the selection member, the selected member is expected to respond within 2 weeks of receiving notice of selection. Should a member not respond to a selection within 28 days of being selected, the Member's membership may be terminated by Single Central without any refund. It is also expected that when you select someone and they answer "yes", you will make contact within a week or as soon as possible.
The Member understands and agrees that Single Central is not responsible for false or misleading information supplied to it by the Member or others and holds Single Central harmless from any action from such false or misleading answers and information.
Member acknowledges that he/she has joined Single Central in order to meet people. The Member understands and agrees that, should the member meet the referral in person, Single Central recommends that the Member meet the referral in a public place and that meeting a referral in a private place is totally and unconditionally up to the member, and that the Member indemnifies and agrees to hold Single Central harmless from any and all claims of damage resulting from any meeting.
Member agrees to be responsible for providing Single Central with any changes in personal status, such as telephone numbers, address, marital status (including living with someone in a romantic relationship or dating someone exclusively), extended vacations, etc. All changes must be submitted promptly in writing.
Single Central reserves the right to use any and all testing data of Member to help Member in search for someone special. Single Central is not responsible for the conduct, acts or omissions of its members arising out of a contact made by members. Single Central makes no implied or express warranties other than its agreement to provide the opportunity for selections as specifically set out in this agreement and the member acknowledges that there has been no representation, promise or agreement other than as expressly contained in this written agreement.
Member understands that Single Central cannot guarantee members will make contact with any specific number of members, since names and phone numbers are only exchanged upon mutual agreement.
Member acknowledges that Single Central does not provide refunds of any kind, for any reason.
Member acknowledges that Single Central provides no guarantees of any kind for any reason.
